Stage 1 - Le Grand Bornand to La Chambre. Cols: Madeleine. Distance: 109km

Stage 2 - La Chambre to Bourg d'Osians. Cols: Lacets du Montvernier Telegraphe, Galibier. Distance: 110km

Stage 3 - Bourg d'Osians to La Chapelle. Cols: Alpe d'huez, Glandon. Distance: 70km

Stage 4 - La Chapelle to Le Grand Bornand. Cols: Tamie, Croix Fry. Distance: 95km
